Have been here twice and this place has been consistently good. Got the spicy and tingly beef noodles and they were amazing. The service is super quick and the place is super quiet and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend.

Delicious noodles, fair price (cheaper end), decent portions, spice level accurate, and quickly seated. I also stop by this place when I have no idea to eat and looking for a quick bite to fill me up! I'm an absolute noodle lover so this place was a no brainer. Skewers I'll have to give another try to see if I like them since they tasted a bit bland last time but we'll see! Definitely has busier hours where it's a fuller hour so if you don't wanna wait don't come during lunch hours & weekends!

Came here for dinner on a Friday night around 6:30 with some friends and it was a plesant experience. The food is not spicy at all so I added more chili on it, but it still wasn't spicy. They have freshly minced garlic, some sesame sauce, and vinegar also as condiments for you to add to your dish. I got the dry lamb noodle, but my friend got the noodle with soup and it looked pretty good! There are plenty of seats inside, but there's also parking patio outside that has about 4 tables that can sit up to 4 people and they'll bring out cutlery for those tables outside as well. ~~Parking: It's located on the less busy side of the street, so there's plenty of street parking available. ~~Service: Pretty good. You order by yourself on one of the 2 tablets they have at the front and place the reciept on the clipboard after choosing a seat. The servers will come by to give you water and your meals and that's it. Service is simple and fast. ~~Return: Yes

If you are looking for delicious handcrafted bouncy and wide biang biang noodles in Seattle, look no further than Xi'an Noodles! We came here on a Friday night for dinner around an hour before closing. Surprisingly, it wasn't too busy inside. We ordered the Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodles and the Stir Fried Tomato & Egg Biang Noodles. Spicy Cumin Lamb Biang Noodles (5/5): The cumin lamb noodles punches you in the mouth with a fragrant and earthy cumin flavor, which is integrated into the heavenly spicy chili oil that drenches every piece of lamb and each strand of noodle. The noodles themselves are so satisfyingly chewy and bouncy that I thought they could bounce me to the moon! They also cling onto all that cumin and chili oil well. The lamb meat is a bit dry and chewy, but it's so smothered in that divine elixir of cumin and chili oil that I devoured it howling like a starving wolf who just came across an unguarded pasture of lambs. Stir Friend Tomato & Egg Biang Noodles (4.5/5): A vegetarian option, the noodles are served in a hearty tomato soup with stir fried eggs and plenty of healthy veggies like bok choy, bean sprouts, and wood ear. The tomato flavor is pure and even better with added chili oil. This one definitely exceeded our expectations! However, I have to take a star off for the service. It's kind of no-frills, and they don't have a good way of tracking orders to customers. We had servers come by our table multiple times with a dish asking if this was what we ordered and checking our receipt. Using an order number system would be more efficient and less disruptive.
